This hotel is a clean and enjoyable place to stay with a fantastic pool area perfect for kids. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making the experience pleasant overall. However, the dining options were quite bland and repetitive, which was a letdown. The beach access could also be improved for those with disabilities.

I had an absolutely amazing time at this resort! It's perfect for families—so child-friendly and the staff was outstanding. The food options were incredible, with a great variety of cuisines available. While the atmosphere was lively and entertaining, I can’t help but wish there were a few more quiet areas to relax away from the bustling activity.

However, the dining options were far from satisfactory, and the persistent pushiness of excursion salespeople was quite disturbing. While the staff provided excellent service, I wouldn't consider returning due to these drawbacks.
